2.When returning orders, please follow strictly the following steps
1)Call Silk88’s customer service hotline, then customer service staff will help you to register the goods returning or replacement bill.
2)After the registration, the system will automatically reserve the stock for you for 7 days, please be sure to return the merchandise within 7 days to Silk88’s warehouse. Stock will be automatically released after 7 days.
3)To ensure execute in time after receipt of goods, please attach the order invoice to the returning goods.
4)After we receive the package, we will verify the quality of the returning goods, and then refund or change goods according your needs.
5)If for goods returning, refund will be returned by your original method of order payment. The refund will arrive into account with different deadlines based on different bank transfer or inter-bank.
