All goods are now free shipping during activities. 

3. How to do if you receive unsatisfactory goods? Can you demand for goods returning or replacement?

Within 30 days since your receipt of goods, Silk88 will arrange the goods returning or replacement for you.. You should send back the goods, Silk88 will take charge of the shipping fee only (based on actual amount of the consignment, the maximum reimbursement amount is 10 dollars). If you need the goods returning or replacement services, please contact Silk88’s customer service hotline (+86 4008860036)for consulting.

   Detail instruction:

(1) One order provides you with one good returning or replacement service. To ensure your rights and interests, please contact us after your thoughtful consideration.

(2) Please ensure the product tag and all kinds of packaging integrity when you return or change goods.

(3) If the goods were damaged due to your personal reasons (such as modifying dimensions, washing, leather waxing, embroidery, long term wearing, etc), no return or change.

(4) When goods returning or replacement occur, please choose the normal delivery to send back the goods. For your first goods returning or replacement, Silk88 will take charge of the delivery fee. (Which is based on actual amount of the consignment, the maximum reimbursement amount is 10 dollars. We do not support delivery arriving payment for the moment; please advance the delivery fee firstly). The replacement will send to you freely.

 The reimbursement of delivery fee will be deposit into your Silk88’s virtual account. You can enter into “My account” for inquiry.

(5) Goods in pack or suite can not be returned partly, because the other goods in original pack or suit will not be able to enjoy the benefits.

(6) Special goods (Special goods designated by Silk88, such as socks, cosmetics, makeup tools etc.) We do not provide try on service currently. No return or change for non-quality problems.

(7) Pictures and information are only for reference. It may be different in color between pictures and real products caused by the different shooting lights, or computer monitor or other problems. The real products will be the definite standard. Thank you for your support for Silk88. Silk88 will provide you with high-quality products and services.
